Love chili Linda and this is a nice recipe.

Chile for 2!

Ingredients
1/2 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1-2 teaspoon chili powder
1 dash cayenne powder
1 dash paprika

1 (8 ounce) can kidney beans

Directions
1In an 8" skillet cook and stir meat, onion and green pepper until meat is brown and onion is tender.
2Drain off fat and stir in remaining ingredients except beans.
3Heat to boiling, reduce heat and cook uncovered for about 30 minutes.
4Stir in beans (with liquid) and stir until bubbly.

Here is mine. It is from Top Secret Recipes by Todd Wilbur, although I take massive liberties with the recipe! :razz
2 pounds ground beef
1 29 oz. can tomato sauce
1 29 0z can kidney beans (with liquid)
1 29 0z can of pinto beans (with liquid)
1 cup diced onion (1 medium onion)
1/2 cup diced green chili(2 chilies)
1/4 cup celery (1 stalk)
3 medium tomatoes, chopped
2 teaspoons cumin powder
3 tablespoons chili powder
1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
2 teaspoons salt
2 cups of water
Brown beef, drain. In large sauce pan  combine beef and all other ingredients. Bring to a simmer over low heat. Cook, stirring every 15 minutes for 2 to 3 hours.
My absolute favorite way to eat it is to top a salad with the chili, sour cream, cheese and corn chips. YUM!
