CaseyCasey was a very special cat. He used to put his head under my chin and rest on my chest. He laid back to back to me while sleeping. He really thought I was his cat mama. I will forever miss this furbaby and since he's been gone (12.2007), I still miss him terribly. With his passing, I have a hole in my heart which I will carry forever.

Joan, I so remember how devastated you were when you loss Casey. This is when we first met. I hope you don't mind, but if you remember I had placed Casey's photo in the tribute section of the old forum library section, so I am going to attach this photo I have again.

Joan Casey was adorable, those beautiful eyes.
It is so difficult when we have to say goodbye to our precious fur babies, however they rest with love in our hearts

Oh, thank you Celeste!! I love that photo. He was such a dear. It's only been about 8 months, so I still get very choked up about seeing him or writing about him.
