Hi! Jerry is freezing some of the turkey and he is cooking it down for a Turkey broth. He is going to freeze some of the broth too. Both we can thaw out later on when we are in a turkey mood. We also will be having a second thanksgiving dinner tomorrow, I think, to eat up the other leftovers. Linda

I am sending some home with Nate when he leaves tonight. What isn't eaten in sandwiched today or tomorrow will go into the dog food or be frozen.
