We went shopping today and ended up at PetSmart. I like to look at the rescue kitties there. With me you never can tell what I might do on any given day--LOL!
I found a new nail clipper and a new comb to try on my persians. Steve looked at more cat trees. They have 3 and just got another one last week. Before you know it, there will be a cat tree in every room!
It is now snowing like crazy and I am happy we made it back safely. What is your favorite grooming tool?

I'm happy to hear you got back home before the weather got worse. Joane this may sound crazy but Oscar's nail clipper (afrian grey parrot) works the best on my kids. I love them. I also like my greyhound combs. And my thinning shears when they get a mat. I will quit now!

To start the combing I like a comb I have that is coarse and the teeth are 1 1/4 inches long. After combing them with it I switch to the greyhound comb. The coarse comb is great for fluffing at the shows to. For nails I just use human toe nail clippers.
So Oscar gets a clipping too! I bet his nails are thick Celeste. Are they? And Lynda, you described just what I bought today. And I love my greyhound comb the most. The new comb has very long teeth. Like a rake almost. Just trying something new.
I will try the human nail clippers. They would be easier for me to handle. Thank you girls!

My favourite comb has rotating teeth. It's the only comb my cats like.
Joane I use human nail clippers, designed for babies, or young children. I find them a good size for the cats nails
