I have posted before about the cats waking me up to be petted - usually Lottie, Lily, Zippy or Spencer. Well, last night we put Savannah, Lottie and Zippy in another room because since they are in heat they kept my hubby awake. NOTHING keeps me awake, unless it is a cat or kid noise out of the ordinary. We still had Spencer, Lily, Tabitha and Maggie in with us. Tabitha decided at 2:30 in the morning she was lonesome and want ed to be petted. I woke to her kneading on me - she had pawed the blanket down so she could get to me. Just making sure she got those claws into ME! She was purring so hard she was drooling. Bet you can guess what I did......I petted her. I am a sucker! |

Not that long ago, I bought a fuzzy alarm clock(I did not know it was a clock when I purchased it) and now it lives with us .
It is a nice little clock and it seems to think when it is awake, everyone else should be too.
It starts messing with my hair, it nibbles my lashes AND it seems to think I am actually fond of
its behind...

Love those fuzzy alarm clocks. Dakota howls at 4 am and Sparky continues to hit the blinds in the bedroom at the same time.
They are kind of a Bonnie and Clyde team. |

I had a cat named Zelda, she would be so persistant she would put her paws on my closed eyes and try to pull them open, or she would sit on my pillow and pull my hair with her teeth. |

What a nice way to wake up Lynda. Romeo's new kick is scratching the bedroom door which is left open. He knows that I don't like him doing this. So what he decided was that this is a good method of getting me up at 2:30AM so I will give him a can of Fancy Feast. I'm doing this with one eye open and the other closed. |

I'm a cruel Mum - my 3 are kept downstairs at night so they can yowl all they like Paul let's them up to wake me around 7.30 am. Levi sits on my face if i'm still asleep and jake lies on my legs... Tobes sits on the bedroom stool and stares me out till I get up. they then, all three, take my place on or in the bed .
They have the run of the whole house during the daytime but night is for me and my Man |

I'm glad Felix doesn't sit on my face - he'd smother me! Bad enough he whines or slaps me on the side of the head at 3 in the morning when he's ready to eat. |
