Beautiful things, images and memories release happy hormones in your brain!
A positive mental attitude is not about being happy and having a constant smile on your face (although that helps!) ... it's about seeing things for what they are and dealing with them head on, with a positive attitude (that glass half empty/half full thing!). I won't just be sharing happy stuff. I suffer from depression and can be very negative about myself, my life, the state of the World... but whenever I feel like that I try to find something positive to help me out of that mind set. I've been encouraged to write this blog by friends and family who appreciate my attitude and think I could help other people in similar situations. I really hope I can and that you'll keep coming back to top up your energy levels!
